East Bay Home Owners Association

By virtue of home purchase, the owner is automatically a member of the Home Owners Association which is a non-profit, Florida Corporation managed by East Bay residents/community members on a voluntary, non-paid basis.

You have the right to vote in certain matters coming before your association when you pay your yearly dues. Our association has four principal objectives:

1. To provide continued, satisfactory maintenance services to the common areas and facilities under its jurisdiction,
2. To establish and implement sound financial policies,
3. To enforce community rules and regulations,
4. To preserve the architectural integrity and standards of the original design of the community

The associations' ability to meet these objectives is the responsibility of all members.
